By accessing or using Legacy Core’s website, course materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

- Grant of License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Legacy Core grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal or internal business purposes only.
- Restrictions. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the course content (in whole or in part) without our express written permission.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit access to the course materials.
- Circumvent any technological protection measures.
- Share your login credentials or permit others to access the Services through your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any unlawful or harmful manner.
- Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment and Refunds
- Fees. Certain portions of the Services require payment. All fees are quoted in USD and are non‑refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.
- Payment Processing. We use third‑party payment processors. Your payment card information is governed by the processor’s terms and privacy policy.

- No Professional Advice. The course materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
- As‑Is; No Warranty. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Legacy Core disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Core and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of—or inability to use—the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to Legacy Core in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Core and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted hereunder will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Services.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised date at the top and, where significant, notify you by email or a notice on our site. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
